your organization running. The main reason the employees might be reluctant to rejoin the
office is due to the fear of sitting in close proximity with their peers in an enclosed
environment where the risk of getting infected is too high, Pesh Group has come with the
plan to fight against the odds and facilitate you in our establishment.

it’s been more than 4 decades since this organization maintaining its dignity and pride by

Pesh group has been serving as an infrastructure provider for major tech giants in the IT
sector of Pune and rest of the Maharashtra region. Our most pristine property MIDAS
TOWER located in Hinjewadi Phase 1 has been the first and foremost property choice in the
west of Pune region. In this property we have been constantly updating and inculcating
new ideas to bring in positive change, our newest updates that were introduced in the
corona pandemic will help organization redefine their work culture. Our office unit which
is 10300 sqft on the 9th floor of our 10 Floor building was designed in such a way that the
traditional way of working together will remain changes but the changes will be in your
workplace. We have introduced a new concept called Capsules where rather than working
in conventional furniture set up, there will be dedicated work areas where only people of
the same team will work together.
As experts believe corona is airborne and can spread through the air in close proximity, we
have come up with a solution for that. In the same unit on 9th floor we have designed an
Outdoor office space where the floor is covered in green lawns and furniture which
represents the outdoor look. This dedicated outdoor space will be fully equipped with all
the right equipment to get the job done. This idea was inculcated to keep the open office
concept alive.
Customizable workspace this furniture set up will not be like to old conventional furniture
where if you want to work with a bigger team you will have to go to another conference
room or work area, here it will be completely possible to increase and decrease the work
area.
